Monica came to the culinary field with a background in computer graphics. With her passion for baking, Monica decided to attend culinary school at Scottsdale Culinary Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. After learning from some of the top chefs in the country, Monica came back to the Washington DC area. Here she has worked with a large grocery chain as a cake decorator. With her knowledge, skills and talent, Monica creates dynamic and delicious cakes and pastries for wedding events, birthdays, baby showers and more.
